★★★★★ The App is just good. There is just nothing more to say. The App has helped me a lot when I'm underway in the Netherlands.

★★☆☆☆ Unclear to find train information. Haven't received any pushed Information about the Groningen-Leeuwarden track since the end of 2020. There clearly have been delays, even currently there are no fast trains available without any information about it. So an update on train information (including delays) and pushed information would be most welcome!

★★☆☆☆ E-tickets are never checked or simply don't work, the app is slow, buses and trains are never there in time or are cancelled, the information regarding strikes and cancellations is inaccurate or simply untrue. I can't count the number of times I've stood at Heerlen station waiting for a bus or train replacement that would never show up. The app completely useless and will actually jeopardize your commute; get 9292. I'm done calling my job that I've once again missed the train or bus.

★★☆☆☆ Can not buy an e-ticket as the button to do so does not appear most of the time. Mentioning this to the bus drivers just gets rewarded with snarky comments. Kudo's to Arrival for being the worst we ever had in the Netherlands.
