Asset Go is a great system to replace cumbersome paper defect reports and is a fantastic system for managing all aspects of fleet management, workshop scheduling etc. Loads of extra features too which make it a cost-effective solution.

So much better than paper defects, nothing to lose, and the office gets instant notification. Would be great if it could sense you were in a vehicle and maybe pop up asking if you want to do a daily report (if you haven't done one), maybe linked to your works' vehicle Bluetooth radio connection to avoid false triggers when not in a work vehicle?

I use this everyday, and it's awkward and clumsy, it crashes after you take photos sometimes you have to take 3 duplicate photos and will keep crashing. Not given it one star because I've got a newer version now fingers crossed

Unfit for purpose. My first time using this. I reported a defective tire. Which obviously falls into steering/brakes/tires category as a major defect. Additionally, I also reported no Operators license visible. After I completed the checks on Asset Go. The summary took into account my reports and said I was perfectly fine to drive with these defects.... Because of this I wonder how many users are driving vehicles that will not pass a roadside check by DVSA and fines/points potentially issued.
