" 500gb of cloud storage for $4.99 a month. They almost completely hide the "no, thanks" button too. Even after the update the app just plainly doesn't work or even load anything after you select "no, thanks" to the $4.99 plan. You used to get standard device backing up cloud storage for free, but the typical AT&T mega Corp is screwing ya over with something you used to get for free but is now another subscription tacked to your bill! Just delete the app, it won't work without the subscription.

This phone company is allowing a hacker to tamper with everything on my phone I do not give this company permission for their service do not trust this company they just ignore you in the hackers just keep on tampering having control over your phone do not trust this company at all

I am having severe service issues with my phone losing data all throughout the day amd it'll last from 5 minutes to 2 hours. It's been happening for over 2 months and only had my phone for about three months. I've not had a chance to get to an att store to see what issue is, but I've nt reports to chatbots. I work iregular hours so at times I can't call or make an appointment. I Have times I can't call or be on internet or social media. The connection is just dropped without warning.
