Can't contact my doctor - the messaging function just plum doesn't work. Record of previous messages deleted an entire history and is currently leaving me unable to contact them while I'm actually thinking about it. Terrible software.

I can't view the summary. When I try to access the page after having configured my email, password, and selecting my relationship with me; it said this: "We’re sorry, your account is not associated with any health records. Please ask your healthcare provider to grant you access to your records." I spoke with my healthcare provider and I have all the permissions my email and phone number correctly.

I hate all of these portals. They don't work right. I'm trying to get a new Dr. It says I have an existing account. Then it doesn't work. Can't register because I "have an existing account." I do, with another entity. No one can help me figure this out. They need to do away with these multi portals or get separate ones. It's TOO confusing. I am educated with 2 degrees. Therefore, I am not stupid. Called the # to get help, some foreigner was useless. Wrong # too? Lousy.

This app has a potential to be an excellent vehicle to improve communication between doctor and patient. But unfortunately it seems to have been pulled together by a newbie to software design. A basic item such as requesting prescriptions does not include renewal due dates or the ability to combine multiple prescriptions. It's a simple process why do I have to go through it 3 times for 3 meds and each time enter the doctor's name. We ought to know that by now

I have had two messages from my doctor. When I go to Athena health or Athena patient it tells me I don't have any recent messages. Something's wrong because I used to have a lot of confidence in this app. How can I not have recent messages when I'm told I have a message that is as of 48 hours ago?
