★★★★★ The Atlantic Mobile app is very easy to use, and with the snapshot feature, you see all of your accounts on the homepage.
★★★★★ Such an awesome banking app! It just works and has all the bells and whistles we have come to expect out of a banking app in 2023, and then some. For instance, you can connect external accounts like your credit card and view them all in the same pane of glass as your Atlantic Accounts. Easy 5-stars, keep up the good work, AFCU team!
★★☆☆☆ I only use this app to scan checks. It does a terrible job at scanning checks. I take crystal clear well lit pictures on a black background and...the app rejects them. Update: The app is better at taking pictures now. However, I still have not EVER opened this app and been able to deposit a check. It says "schedule maintenance" whenever I try. I may switch banks because this app is so infuriatingly awful.
★★☆☆☆ This bank is absolutely terrible. They lock you out of your account if you are struggling and are behind with payments. They offer no help or relief. Internal communication is completely non-existent. They have broken multiple payments arrangements. Even when you have a payment arrangement they still report to the credit agency that you missed your payment. They freeze your debit card if your one-month behind in any payment. The customer service is awful this bank doesn't care about members.
