I must say I kinda feel excited to use the pink atome card that I choose. I've been working too much to have no time to go directly to the bank to make a appointment for a credit card, so this is very FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE for me to have a credt card online. Hope I will receive thw card soon and hope you will add more benefits to for us to use the cards like discounts/points

★★☆☆☆ I have been emailing endlessly since I lost my phone and I cannot log in into the app. They say I need to make a full payment before I can access my account but without accessing my account I cannot pay. I can't pay through other e-wallets either. Customer service sucks!

★★☆☆☆ One star. I only applied for this as a backup payment option. I already have a Union Bank Cashback card, which I pay ₱4,500 per year, but just in case my payment encounters an error, system maintenance, etc., I wanted a backup card. However, my application was not approved. I always pay my statement balance on time with Union Bank, so I have no idea why they declined my application. I ended up uninstalling the app out of frustration. I will never do business with Atome.
