★★☆☆☆ When adding the mobile card it says it should automatically disable the physical card, but my physical card was never deactivated, so I couldn't set up the nfc for the app. I had to go to the card office to have them deactivate the physical card, and even then the mobile card never worked, so they had to give me a new physical card. Adding to Google wallet also never worked, and the UI is very intuitive; it looks like a high schooler coded it and is very unpolished.

★★☆☆☆ Crashes every time I try to set up credentials. Not certain if this is the cause, but I can't even use my physical card at printers since linking this app.

★★☆☆☆ Using an android. Waited 45 minutes for the card to read, it says read successfully but never actually worked.
