I don't know if my previous review was taken earlier today. I needed to wait over 1.5 hrs for a scheduled appointment. The whole point for me using telemedicine is to save time, and it is much worse than visiting a Dr in his/her office. Plus she didn't even excuse, as if patients receiving 3 notifications each 30 consecutive minutes have no other business in life other than waiting for the appointment. Really upset. This is disrespectful for patients time and never happened to me before.

App before update was great. Now not so much. Now I can't log in anymore: 1. Error message I get says "This didn't work", which is not helpful at all. 2. Error refers to customer services, but no way how to reach them 3. Website is clearly made for businesses instead of patients and offers no way of contact, outside of office times. 4. Downtime for a health app is a big no-go 5. No way to login on the web I am shocked that a health app does not offer an alternative way of contact for emergencies
