It's a relatively small bank here, but you get personal attention from wonderful staff members who are trying to help. Banking is different in the Philippines with many rules and regulations that sound strange to people who have been exposed to western standards. But like I said the app, and online in general will function well once the staff also avails itself. So it's all good. Thanks.

Not convenient at all. I tried logging in on my other device, but you need an approval from the bank to log in from another device. When I tried logging back in my old device I cannot log in any more because I need to register the device first. Like! Hello. It was the first device that I logged in to but now both my 2 phone cannot log in! So inconvenient.
