The app is very easy to use, and the services are excellent; from shopping, delivery to customer care. They respect the timings, packing is very good. What bothers me is if you don't put your address correctly the first time it gets complicated to update it, and once my delivery was marked delivered, yet it wasn't but the customer care solved the situation. And finally they once forgot to send one bag, and they refunded me so nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend +++

First, contrary to every drive in France, Auchan drive is not free. If a command is cancelled by Auchan, because the item is not available in stock, the postage fee that was paid wouldn't be refunded. Only the value of the item would be refunded. Very inconvenient.

ScanToGo does not work (and no reimbursement). I frequently used ScanToGo at Auchan La Defense in the past. But it does not work at all since last month. The gate always refused barcodes displayed in the app after payment. Staff in the store could not solve the problem and never reimburse my payments. I have tried 2 different debit cards but no help. I am not sure whether people in Auchan have investigated this error or not.

I used to love it, but the last update broke the whole thing... Now every time I open it it asks me to sign in, even if just to add an article. As I have a password manager, is a hassle to do it from the phone (where I usually do my groceries from), I'm used to adding one article at a time as I see my stocks during the week. I'm doing my groceries in another store just because this app is getting to my nerves, and I'm not ready to go back to the actual store.

The scan code doesn't work anymore, I can't use the app to use my discounts, and it asks credentials multiple times even when there are no updates.
