★★★★★ The app UI is clean and easy to navigate, which has all the features ppl use like Bpay, PayID, card settings, and the ability to add cards to your preferred wallet. Easy to transfer money between accounts. I hope the contactless card function at ATM will be implemented. Especially since I carry phone rather than physical card. I been with AMB since 2015 best decision I made staff are always helpful & great savings product has helped me heaps

★★★★★ Have been with this fantastic bank since 1996. The app is awesome, very quick, super user-friendly, makes fast work of internet banking.

★★☆☆☆ Slow not like the original app can't log in in most the time better of switch banks with the amount of changes with this bank scu was alot better always block me out of my account and have to contact bank to gain access again very annoying

★★☆☆☆ App has been down now for a week. There's no notice of technical issues etc. emailed or posted on app or announced on telephone banking just one notice on the website and I couldn't even access my account via online banking. Had to dial in and do telephone banking. Tried uninstalling app then reinstalling, same issues. Not good.

★★☆☆☆ App is constantly down for maintenance - constantly! Tells you your password is incorrect on first login attempt - every time! Load times far exceed other banking apps. These problems never seem to get fixed. App is at least 10 years behind Comm bank. Not good enough by 2022 standards. Extremely poor.
