From the ticketing, to check in and then to the boarding, the processes were seamless. Also, with the Onboard Wi-Fi, I didn't have to worry about not working while onboard, responding to emails or keeping in touch with my loved one. Rated ***** Thank you Austrian Airline.

Online check in not possible due to "diverging travel plans" even though the tickets were all booked together. Absolutely no help from the chatbot and no possibility to chat with an actual person. Awful service.

Tried to do the check-in for my Eurowings flight, app shows me "You don't have permission to access...". You had one job...

Very bad. I don't suggest it for anyone. I traveled with them many times. Here is my experience: 1. They are very restricted about the hand baggage and also the cary-on baggage. 2. They face strikes from their employees all the time. They cancelled several flights. 3. The customer service are very bad. They took a very long time to reply, and they even don't reply at all. In general, I don't suggest them at all. Swiss and Lufthansa are also not perfect, but more flexible.
