So far so good. Once it started working for me anyway. My only suggestion would be that it kept better track of our work hours what's maybe an actual time sheet type of system. The company that I work for, time goes in on Tuesdays at midnight. But the app will reset our hours worked on Sunday sometime, and then I guess my company does it again Wednesday at some point. So it is difficult to keep track of my hours for Wednesday Thursday and Friday and then on Monday and Tuesday.

Hello just starts using authentic care, and it's okay. I don't like that. You cannot clock in if you're not at the address. I care for my client, and we're not always at the address. We are outdoing things when it's time to clock in and you can't. So I have to use the phone number which they will soon be doing away with. I was told, so I will cross that bridge when it comes, but you should be able to clock in if you have all the information from wherever you are, and that's the only issue.

For some reason I didn't get the hours that I had worked on my paycheck I guess because this app does not work very well sometimes it would show, and sometimes it shows that I didn't clock in which I did, and it doesn't make sense, so now I still have to get paid for 11 more hours which I didn't get on my last paycheck I hope they can fix this because I need my money

Doesn't keep clock in and or out times. Of you miss a punch you miss the entire shift. timekeepers unable to add or correct the punches. I've worked with better time care systems and capable of saving and sharing more information...

Constant problems with clocking in and out. It has been consistent since I got the app, and none of the bugs have been fixed. I'm often told I was absent for appointments when I was clocked in. It also doesn't let you keep track of the hours you logged throughout the week. Please fix it people use this for work!!! 🙏
