Completely inaccurate when waiting for assistance. Not the first time either. Today as I'm waiting in a not nice area due to a flat tire, it went from being 8 min away to suddenly not even being assigned.

AAA will rob you blind. When I first became a member, I added my credit card. I never missed a payment, but I decided to pay early with another debit card, and they still charged my credit card, so I went to the office and asked how did my debit card get added to my account without my authorization and was told that they can do whatever when it comes to my credit. Then, when I took them off of my policy, my bill went from $270 all the way up to $313. I told the agent it was a breach of contract.

First of all, I would give them a 0, but I don't have a choice but to give them a 1. The situation is we have a car that has no tires on the front and needs to go to the shop. They're going to tell me that they can't tow it because of liability. I pay for services I can't even use. I'm very disappointed in AAA. I'm looking for a new service that can handle a simple tow request.

Horrible Dysfunctional 2025 Update same mess since 1⭐️ 2018. AAA E. Central, Pitts PA has 2 possible Apps? Past 2 winters Emerg. Rd.side Assist Calls in dangerously cold freeze / snowstorm wet freezing abandon needed phone contact help is Automated voice activated automatically texting you a message to place service fill in info using inaccurate locator, dysfunctional 2 set pin. Text APP10 site per agent download, no download icons, info App only u can't get to use self-explanatory if had it. FIX IT
