My wife and I liked Avian ca's service. Avian ca tries to be on time, there were some delays in our flights, but it was not too bad. They offered a seat belt for our lap baby which hadn't happened in the other airlines we used before. The attendants were kind, spoke English (not required but a plus) and they were professional. Lastly, I want to add that Avian ca solved a documentation issue very promptly. I submitted the requested information one night and the problem was solved the morning after.

Useless. I do the check-in in the app, then I can't find neither my flight in my trips nor my boarding pass. I do add the flight and then the app wants me to do the check in again. They also didn't send the email I asked for with the boarding pass. Almost as bad as Air France. Today I tried to buy a ticket. The app crashed when I was about to hit pay. Had to start the booking process again. Only that the tickets are more expensive now. Then they email me to finish my booking. Haha

Worst app ever. It fails to show the boarding passes right before boarding. And in general it shows Bad Request about 40% of the times
