Wow!! What a time saver!!!! The app worked really well. The Dr. & I were able to communicate w/each other well. Initially my Android phone didn't support the call. I had 2 min to download the AW Touchpoint app & get to the appropriate place in the app for my appt. I was pleasantly surprised that I was successfully able to do so. If you're doing virtual for the first time, be sure the Dr.'s office gives you the app name & link ahead of time (perhaps day before appt) to avoid last min scramble.

This app really works great for me, I'm one of those patients that need to be seen every other month, using this app keeps me from gong into town, looking for parking garage and pay to park, walk to the correct building. Now I csn be seen by my doctor without all that. It works really well, I can see my doctor, and he can see me clear ask all the questions that are needed from both sides. I WISH more doctors used this app, it's so easy. I'm thankful for Touchpoint, great App

Got image of doctor. But there was no image of me. And I really needed for doctor to see the wound from my surgery was very disappointed

Not easy to use first time. Should advise patients in advance to set up. Burned half of my appointment time just connecting.

It's awful. I have Wi-Fi and had a strong connection and even downloaded the app, and it kept freezing and bad connection

Multiple attempts to use it failed. Multiple attempts to test it resulted in a message that it fails. Piece of junk. Intermountain Healthcare and Select Health out of Salt Lake City, Utah only compound people's stress with their incompetence and inability to connect patients with doctors via this poorly designed, programmed and tested app.
