No support for viewing licensed third party cameras on the axis server. Please add functionality to view thirdmparty cameras on the mobile app. EDIT: Viewing licensed 3rd party cameras now appears to work when using the updated, hence I am giving you 5 stars thanks for adding support.

I'll be one of the few that likes the app. Coming from Unify Protect app, it is lacking a lot of features. But there are improvements since ive started using Axis the last year. The recent update includes a screenshot of the notification...THANK-YOU!! I really missed that from Protect. I only have a A8105 and a small dome camera currently since a Q6155 I have is off to be painted. So I can't really say much to the PTZ functions of the app. Sound works for me. Check your stream profile if not.

App keeps crashing - Always. While viewing PTZ cameras, the mobile app repeatedly glitches and says: "Sorry! An unknown error occurred." This makes the app impossible to use with PTZ cameras If used for PTZ to look around for more than 20 seconds maximum the guaranteed to crash.

Completely useless. I installed this to try and connect to an M1065-LW that kept falling off my network. It couldn't even connect to the other Axis cameras still running on the network ! The M1065-LW has gone in the bin, where it belongs, and a Division has replaced it.

How come Axis Companion has more functions like hear audio, talk with mic and turn ON camera light whereas this app has very limited functions and only 1 GB data limit, although we use our own data. Axis Companion has unlimited data. Please be realistic. Your high price should cover data limit cost. Update: After 6 years, still no changes in this expensive software. They don't care and don't listen to their customers.
