★★★★★ I love Back Up Care APP. Very easy to make reservation through the App. Set your location for care. Updated profile and set payment method all in your fingertips.

★★★★★ Thank you for updating me! App is working great now! Can't open app! As soon as I install the app and try to open there is a pop-up message that says a new version is available in the play store. But when I go back to the store there isn't and just opens the same version with the same pop-up message.

★★☆☆☆ Those scammers blocked me out of the app, so I won't be able to track my claims, then they claimed that they updated their website for the sole purpose of deleting the claims I already filed. I filed 4 climes for total of $2000 I got paid only for 1 day. When I contacted them they said I filed wrong which is lie. They would not help or allow me to file again because backdating is not an option now I am $2000 in the whole. Saty away and be careful everyone avoids using them if you can.

★★☆☆☆ After login, it says backup care is not available through the app. What is the app for then?

★★☆☆☆ Biometric login completely broken. Every time you try to use it, it just spins and spins. Then you have to log in with your UN and PW. Worse, you don't get notifications unless you've logged into the app in the last 10–15 minutes, so you have no way of knowing updates to your request unless you keep logging in

★★☆☆☆ Unreliable garbage. Even basic "login" functionality is broken. Their website isn't any better, either, and it blocks you from doing anything until you acknowledge the app. 0/5
