I'm seeing mostly negative experiences, but mine has been mostly positive. After first installation and connection to my home Wi-Fi nothing worked, and most issues reported by others were accurate. Turning off the breaker to cycle power to the spa must reset it and allow initial settings to be applied. Works great now.

£280 for a Wi-Fi module is ridiculously expensive, Even worse when the app is really poor. Connectivity is really intermittent in local mode. In cloud mode setup when trying to create an account I get an error stating balboa servers are not available. Unacceptable.

Had my balboa spa for almost 2 months now. Can't get the app to connect to the spa no matter what I do. It just keeps retrying to connect to the BWG spa network to no avail. No real help online or through the distributor.

I set it up with the instructions online AND followed the app. I also set up Cloud connect. It STILL only connects when im right next to the tub. Even then, all it does is allow you to turn on/off jets. Cannot connect with Cloud so it won't tell you if power cuts off to the tub in winter!!! It was an expensive module and basically USELESS. I'm totally shocked that you charge hundreds of dollars for the unit and installation. You should be ashamed!!!
