I received a bonus bet and I placed it within the time frame before it expired literally the same day that I got it. I placed it on the Super Bowl and I won they put the money into my account and then took the money out of my account. And they said since expired which it did not because I have all the documentation saying the bet was placed on the 18th of November and the bet didn't expire until the 27th. It's even marked as won and paid, but then they took the money out before I could use it
