I tried several times to open an account, but it continued to ask for permissions to the camera and storage, although all permissions have been granted. I uninstalled and re-installed but the same problem persists!

I wanted to open an account, which requires scanning an ID and taking a selfie. It asks to give permission to storage and camera. Camera is allowed. However, the app doesn't request for storage permission. It's just stuck with the message to allow for permission.
