This app is widely used, but it has serious issues that need immediate attention. Logging in is a frequent problem—after entering my number, I often don’t receive the OTP code, which is very frustrating. Customer support is also terrible; they never respond to concerns or provide proper assistance. With strong competitors like Mas riv and Sadad offering better services, Bankily must improve its functionality and customer support urgently, or it risks losing users to these alternatives.
