(9/2024)Logging in from the app is a nightmare. It should be a simple thumbprint or password. NOPE I get a prompt that says I need to reset my password every time and follow a bunch of steps EVERY TIME. 🤷 When im finally able to log in, the app seems very good. (Update 1/17/25) App finally works without having to go through the prompts about "the app updated, so we need you to reset your password" every time you try to log in. The app works much better now.

App works fine, interface is a bit plain. Every single time I log in it tells me due to an Android update I have to use my password instead of the biometrics. Which I do and turn on the biometrics, and the next time it does it again. Every single time. So what even is the point of the biometrics if I can't ever use it. It didn't use to do this. My phone is using Android version 13. Try again.

App all does what it needs to do, however the Fingerprint Biometric login always right after your confirmed via password the next login will give you a standardized "Due to a recent android update we have to reset" Has you reestablish Biometric every time Very inconvenient because there are no updates, to my android device or the app, just unnecessarily difficult to have to find my password information every time, cancelling my Barclays now because of this

AVOID!!!! The chat feature is no help. The app is clunky. They, without warning, will lower your available credit, even when you have been paying a good amount on the card each month. Oh & when I did talk to the chat feature they said the $700 I paid on my credit card would be available in 10 days, which was a lie because when it did finally come available it was at the same time they lowered my available credit by $500 & charged interest on the card, so now I have less than $200 available!!!!!
