This is so not user-friendly. It feels like I'm using an outdated website. And what's up with the 30-character limit? That's ridiculous. And then they ask questions about wing sauce, but if you choose anything but normal sauce, it won't let you proceed! What the heck? RITE!

When you try to check out online Barro's has the app store pop up their app instead. This is an annoying tactic to make customers believe they need to download their App to check out when in fact you do not. Simply go back to the webpage and continue checking out. Or don't out of principle!
