Has an annoying bug: it takes 3 BUSINESS hours to fill a prescription, but the app thinks it's 3 regular hours. So if you tap to fill a prescription around 7 AM, but the pharmacy doesn't open until 8, the app will pre-fill 10 AM as the pickup time, and when you submit it the backend will return an obscure error. You have to manually pick 11 AM for the request to work. Also needs biometrics support, logging in is a pain! Otherwise, I really appreciate the ease of filling prescriptions from an app!

I like shopping Bartell. Smaller so easy to find things. Staff very friendly and helpful. Don't give the look if on occasion can't see item that is on a shelf 2 feet from you (I usually blame it on need for new glasses). The store has quite a variety of products especially from the PNW. Small companies need our support now. The app is easy. Unlike some competitive drug stores, expired items that are picked for the week delete automatically.

You can't refill prescriptions with this app anymore. Does not work. Also forgot password does not work. Rite aid screwed up Bartells.

(1) Can't stay logged in (2) Prescription request, status, and list are all broken (3) Seems to be a gamble when the request feature "works" on whether the pharmacy receives the request (4) It would be nice if the prescription list wasn't full of duplicates with no refills and would just show what is currently available/has been sent given they actually have your prescriptions in your file which seems to be a problem outside the app as well
