Decent app only things would be with the weight rather than having to add it to new weeks' workout it should calculate off the last workout rpe etc.

You would be better off with a cookie cutter program from a dude bro in your gym than this app. * You cannot swap out warm up exercises, many of which you've never heard of * The billing and programming are disjoint -it randomly assigned 160 days out for my virtual meet date, but bills at 90, so now I'm in the awkward position of paying for half a program or cancelling. Furious on this!!! * 70% of my gym time is phone time now, I hate it. * the warm-up weights are nonsense, ignore them

I had it for less than a day and canceled. App itself seems fine but programs not for me. The issue is customer service. I had a 1-day free trial, canceled within an hour but was still charged. Reached out through customer support and still no response.
