Love the magazine itself, but the app is Soo buggy. I can't ever log in always tells me wrong password. And the emails sent to me don't ever allow me to claim the deals being offered through the app. I own all but the last few issues but can't currently get in to read anything. Would give more stars if I could at least access my stuff I have paid for. Now I don't have everything I paid for and no one will contact me even after email a week ago. Terrible don't waste time or money!!!!!

Changed phone cannot get BBC history magazine even though it is still valid till June 2022. Transferred data from old phone every other app subscription received information and worked. Is this another BBC cock up? Please refund my payments up till June 2022 or fix!!
