Always enjoy this app and bought a Complete Collection back in November 2021. However, since updating to the new app version on 15 March, my issues only show up to May 2018, even though previously I had issues up to November 2021. I bought via the app so don't have any option to restore issues. Can this be fixed so that I can get my missing issues back? *Update. Developer was quickly in touch. Purchases now restored, thanks for the prompt response.

The new updated app doesn't seem to allow you to read the magazine as a magazine, I.e. as one document. If much preferred this option, as offered in the previous app. Also, I can't access two previous issues (like I could on the previous app) even though my subscription should include them.

Doesn't work. Can't take out a subscription or buy an individual mag through the app. Even after buying a subscription online this can't be redeemed through the app using sub number. Their customer service doesn't respond to queries. Total rubbish.

Annoying! Every time I want to download a new issue, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app because it doesn't recognize me having a subscription! The app is great when it actually works. But I'm getting sick of having to download the damn thing every time a new issue comes out.
