Every single time I have to use this app to access some aspect of BC services it fails, it takes a long time to look for answers about the problem, there's never enough information from the government website about the problem, how to fix it, or when they will fix a problem they caused with their own update! And the Help desk is only open Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. OUTSIDE of evenings and weekends when many BC citizens are using the app, so sometimes you have to wait for many days .

Unsecured network error. What is going on?! Why is this app so poorly made?! I CANNOT PERFORM SECURITY UPDATES ON MY PHONE AS IT IS OLDER AND THERE ARE NO SECURITY UPDATES BEING RELEASED ANYMORE. FIX YOUR APP!!!
