Go to create account keep saying x errors and all the information I inputting is correct. Someone needs to really update this app.

Consistent error messages. Can not log in to my account, register an account, or check to see if I have an account without getting error messages. Called web support, and they had no help or info.

App is garbage. Private care blue care app is better. Of course medicaids app is bad and private is good. You can't use it to filter any searches. You can only look up providers in a state. You can not narrow down any results for specialist or any type of doctor or need. Only every single medical professional of all types in the area all at once. Half the links don't work. The message center is just to have someone call you and only when you're not available for a phone call.

Can't log in, can't change password, can't do anything -- every action just results in an error message. The developer hasn't updated the app since early 2023 and "Contact Us" has nothing for technical support, so this app appears to be abandoned... which is particularly bad since this is for Medicaid patients.
