App is now detecting location. Took about an hour after install before location via GPS started working. Hopefully it continues working. App now keeps saying enable location when it is already enabled. So I can't see chargers on map or select chargers. Google Maps etc. picks up GPS ok. Had this issue for weeks then it started working about a week ago. Now doesn't. Can't now take advantage of new promotions or any charging.

Can't get my location, despite correct permissions. Status updates on charging stations are very slow.

Doesn't work. When I go on the map and tap on a charge point, the whole app just refreshes and goes back to the start.

This app needs a lot of work. It functions, just about, but is frustrating and glitchy. Here are some issues and improvements. -Misreports availability of chargers. Both available and not available. This prevents you from using empty slots if the app thinks they're in use. -Doesn't reliably complete the charge process. Still shows active event after you've driven away and requires logout & login to reset. -Slow zoom and default zoom level is inappropriate. I don't want to see the chargers between Derby and Durham. Just 5 or 10 miles around me would do. -History is not available -the 'report an issue' button just opens a blank email. Needs at least pre-populating with the ID of the charger you're at. -no favorite feature.
