It works. The interface is clunky and messy. For example, I still see activate my account and join now buttons despite being logged in and able to make bookings. I'm giving it 5 stars as it is still one of the best community gym apps out there, and I know how difficult it is to get a working app for local organizations:)

This app has complicated checking in to classes. You need a mobile phone to do this. Not user-friendly, much prefer card system, much quicker and less complicated.

Update - Turns out it is essential to book something before you are given access. I got the "Access Denied" screen! Hopelessly complex access system. Very poor user interface. Complex process just to get into the gym. The Techno gym key fob was much, much easier just tapping on the NFC reader. Someone at Wig an Council has been duped into spending a lot of money on this useless entry system.

Was told to install this app to book on the be well walk. You can't book in for the walk

Appalling. Difficult to use. Can't change centers. What was wrong with the key system? What if you don't get a signal in the center? Why should reception stop you exercising?
