★★☆☆☆ Disappointed with Defiler's Services! I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the Defiler app. After paying the required fees for registering my NTN (National Tax Number), I expected a smooth and professional service. However, they registered the WRONG NAME on my NTN, which is a serious issue. To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete disaster. They have no knowledge about their own processes.

★★☆☆☆ Worse experience. I lost 4800 pkr here. Not easy to understand for new users. Support service have no response. After paying 4800 of a FBR chalan, Income tax form and NTN, I received a call from one of BFiler agent, she requested to send 3000 more for further process, she sent a Mezaan bank account. No security, no privacy. It's looking a complete scam app.
