Since a last update I'm not able to use the MB way option in my Best Bank app is really annoying and the customer service not helping they said I have to contact MB Way direct, but the fact and the matter is the MB way app is sync into Best Bank app not acting like a separate app is integrated to the bank app

Terrible! Fingerprint reader verifies fingerprint and then will not log in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then it keeps sending a code via SMS to login. Each time it says approved, then still never allows access after accepting the code from SMS. Useless to have the mobile banking plan when the mobile app doesn't work!

Useless. The login recovery simply doesn't work. Then when I entered my details it simply crashes. Did you ever do any QA on this?
