My experience is very bad with Best Buy. An employee placed my order but put wrong delivery address. When I came to know and spoke to representative, she asked to go to store to correct it. I went to store 2 days continuously. Manager said she put note but changed delivery date from 8 to 13 without informing me. The worst I didn't get fridge on 13th and then went to store, and they said order is canceled and don't know who's canceled. But didn't make a refund on same time.
