Updates Jul-24. Better points CS kindly reached out regarding the boundary issues and I can see they have extended the border for many of these. I am not earning points for the 2/3 walks I wasn't previously and this is a much better incentive to exercise. The boundaries/postcode lottery was my biggest issue with this scheme previously, so I am glad this has been extended for users like me. The app still drains my phone battery (GPS) hence losing one star, but this is improving with time.

Edit** looks like the performance issues have been fixed so going to stick with it and increase my rating. ** It works pretty well from a functional point of view, but the performance is pretty awful most of the time. Hangs for ages frequently. It's going to take ages to earn enough points to earn any decent discounts (even with quite a lot of daily use) so it needs to be quick to use, and it's not. I'm using a Samsung ultra s24 as well, so it's not like it's running on an old handset. I'm close

It's a really good idea. However, automatically tracked takes 2 days to go on ready to approve at the moment. It would also be helpful if you could go back and edit the mode of transport. There are times I've just clicked it to confirm, but because it was 1 or 2 days previous, I've realized they've selected the wrong one. It won't let me edit it.

First it stopped giving points for walking, now it isn't tracking walking at all. Only seems to register when I use the car, which is once a week for a journey I cannot make by other means. Very disappointed.

Picks up less than a quarter the activities I do, if I'm lucky! I keep the tracking on all the time. I've tried all the fixes customer services advised and non-worked. My watch picked up 9.5 hours of activity/exercise this week. Better points recorded 0.

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with this app. It is very battery heavy. It often either doesn't log a journey (but then sets off when I walk along the corridor at work) or merges multiple travel forms. You can't zoom into the map to see where it thinks you have been and can't edit journeys (only mode of transport) or split merged components. I'm frequently being done out of points because of this. Too long a lag before you can access the limited amount of editing which is possible.
