★★★★★ BeWell makes it easy to order meds. The staff are fabulous and are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

★★★★★ Good app, handy to have it and easy enough to do it. If not sure how to complete just ring the pharmacy and very friendly and helpful staff will help you to complete. Thx.

★★☆☆☆ Fundamentally broken as I am unable to order repeat prescriptions. The surgery has authorized the chemist to supply repeats for a year, so the app uses this data to define when I can reorder - as in not for another year! End result is I can't order through the surgery or the app and have to phone the chemist each time. Sadly I can't switch back to the old app I had as it insists I use this one now.

★★☆☆☆ Awful. No better than hanging on the phone for GP. repeat prescriptions for palliative patient are still never available when needed. The app onstatly reads awaiting GP sign off even when they have been signed and are back with the chemist.

★★☆☆☆ The app is great, but before my monthly reminder pops up to order my meds, it's booted me out the system again, so I don't get a reminder. Every. Single. Month. Annoying.
