App continually crashes when trying to add double sockets, and have to wait while the socket times out to be able to restart the process. Smart set up hangs every time, and AP mode crashes the app!

Awful to set up on a mixed 2.4/5 GHz network. If it detects you're on a 5GHz Wi-Fi network it simply refuses to continue and tells you to DISABLE 5GHz on your router!!! Nowhere does it say "try using the manual setup option" so most users will simply think the device is junk.

I'm a tech and I have smart devices running in every room in my house and this product is garbage. No symbols in your password (means no security at all, I could crack this easily) as for your expectation that I am going to change my router settings to make a single plug work is frankly ridiculous. I didn't do it with anything else and pretty much most of my smart devices only use 2.4 ghz. Your product and software are rubbish, and this plug is going in the bin where it belongs.

The android version of this app would not let me connect a new smart socket no matter what I tried. I switched over to an ios version and it worked perfectly.
