Used in Turin and it actually worked fine. I did have an issue where it didn't register me returning the bike, so I had to contact support, but it was fixed more or less straight away, which was impressive. The second bike was superior to the first but no issues with either. Will use again next year.

I use this service in Turin and the product this service offers is an economical and sustainable mean of transport. The UX of the application is not interesting, but today I had a problem with my account, and after I texted their customer service they fixed it within a few minutes. I was actually surprised. I deduct 1 star because usually the number of bikes are not enough in the stations.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Read my review before you give any money to this "company". This is by far the WORST experience I had with an app or service I purchased. I installed the app and paid for an annual subscription of 20 euros plus 5 euros for credit. I walked to a near bike station and found 2 bikes, both in terrible and unsafe conditions. Seat doesn't adjust and the brakes didn't work at all. Which, obviously, makes it impossible to ride! Then, I walked almost 1 km to another station and the only bike there was in bad shape as well! Both me and my husband wasted more than 40 minutes trying to fix the chain in the bike which was all loose. Needless to say, it ruined our day. I wrote couple times both through the app and e-mail to the "company" which replied with some generic answer and refused to give me a refund. I clearly I am not riding any of their bikes ever again and wanted to cancel my subscription. They never replied to that. Any real company listens to their customers and gives refunds if the service they provide is poor or lacking, such as the case of this company. CONCLUSION: if you don't want to lose 25 euros and gain a headache STAY AWAY from this company.
