Ap is ok and better than using a website on my phone. Goes slow sometimes. Switching between stores with stuff in the cart doesn't work well. Wish there was a way to cancel the order once placed before it is out for delivery. Also wish there was a way to communicate with the delivery person and/or the store re a placed order.

It's absolutely ridiculous. As someone who is permanently disabled, I've been attempting to order liquor from one of several nearby Big Red Liquor stores on the western outskirts of Indianapolis. But your app and website are chronically off-line, and NONE of the area stores offer delivery, even though they're supposed to! I'm never shopping again at a Big Red, and I'm going to start an effort to boycott all the area stores until you fix this problem.

30 minutes after placing my order I got a phone call from the store. The lady told me that she couldn't deliver my order because I didn't tip enough!! So on my behalf (which I shouldn't even half to explain myself), of course, when you place the order it wants you to tip before you even receive the service. My personal policy is I tip low upon checking out and if the service is good, then I give the driver an additional cash tip. What she did was very unprofessional & rude. I don't recommend!

It essentially took 2 hours to place an order. First, if there's anything in your cart that isn't available at that time at that store, you can't place the order until you delete it from your cart. No option to save it for later so need to remember that you need that item. Then, STILL couldn't place the order. Clicked on "place your order" 100 times and checked my email to be sure I didn't place 100 orders. Not sure what FINALLY worked, but I have an order placed. FINALLY!!! Not good...
