★★☆☆☆ Just tried to use for the free appetizer as advertised and could not get it to work properly. Said I was not near a big whiskey and would not let me check in when I was sitting at a table. Made sure the app had location information access and still would not work. Waitress said there is nothing she could do.

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't work. I live 2 miles from a BW restaurant, and it couldn't locate it in order to order take out.

★★☆☆☆ Last time I was here the server said they were putting my points on and never did. Tonight we sat for 15 minutes waiting for a server to show up. I had to go to the front of the restaurant and request a server. So in all we waited almost 45 minutes before we got our food.
