★★★★★ Update: emailed in, they were very helpful. Still using. Bracelet for both kids. It worked okay for a month, and now it will not reconnect. I've tried reinstalling. When I go to troubleshooting it only lasts a few types of phones like maybe four? So does this mean that this product does not work with most phones? Super frustrating I would not buy again simply because of the app problems.

★★☆☆☆ Watch Cannot reconnect Worked great the first time, recharged and won't reconnect we just get a barcode. App won't recognize the barcode and putting the phone next to the watch doesn't work either doesn't sync.

★★☆☆☆ Seems pointless now. I got 2 of these watches for the kids, and now they won't connect to the app at all. I try the basic guide like resetting the watches and uninstalling the app but just doesn't connect anymore. It finds them just doesn't connect.
