The app is a little annoying to use like searching by gps still shows the list of every bio life, if it does narrow down to your area at some point it takes to long for me to wait since you can search your area code faster than gps will work. Otherwise its really convenient and a top teir app possible.

I gave plasmas one time at this facility and was denied the second time do to a calsifed lumped node that I have had for over 10 years. I went to a different facility, and all they had to do is call their doctor to find out that I was fine to donor. Biolife could have done the same thing. This facility, I believe, picks and choices who they want to give plasma! Decriminalization

App does not let me actual confirm my appointment anymore. I can click thr day and time but when I want to confirm the appointment, the button is gray. It used to be really easy and convenient to use this app, but it's going to be very annoying to schedule appointments to donate if I have to call them every single time I want to donate. Plus there are times the donation center is busy and can't pick up your call. Can you please fix this, so I can once again schedule my own appointments on the app?
