As a program, the birth recovery center is unmatched. It earns every star and then some. These are women for women. The community is welcoming and supportive. I love how despite being entirely virtual, the coaches talk to me as if we've known each other forever. Pelvic floor/core repair/nutrition/mental health/sleep training/lactation. Every mom should have access to these skills. Star deducted only because videos cannot be made full-screen in Android phone app - works on the website though.

I'm extremely disappointed. I absolutely loved to Move Your Bump during my pregnancy, so I had high hopes for the Ab Rehab program. This app is NOT user-friendly. There is so much clutter with "the village", meal plans, etc. that gets in the way of the actual workouts. The videos can't be expanded or fast-forwarded and there's no library of workouts. I'm so frustrated that I paid for a membership for an app that isn't actually a usable. The workouts may be fine, but the experience is terrible.
