I have more than 10 thousand Swiss franc blocks on this platform. I can not lock into my account. I ask for the support service to change my phone number because I can not receive my login code (this only happen with bit panda by the way). It is now been 2 years that my money is blocked. I was not able to change my phone number or have my money back. I contacted the support service, and they say that I have to contact my mobile service provider. (I did so but they said that everything is working

Very bad registering process. First it didn't send me an email verification, when I enter my address (which is in another country) it told me they will change my residence from my country to my address country which doesn't make sense because ADDRESS and RESIDENCE ADDRESS is not the same thing, you should change with correct title. Then when I try to add my number it gave another error "something went wrong. Please try ", after this bad experience do you really think im going to try again?? 😂😂
