I love this frame but have one question. How do I get the zoom in feature to work again? I really enjoy that feature and after my grandson touch the frame it went away. Also, all the photos I send to it are sideways now even though they were taken the exact same way as all my others that loaded corrected.

Terrible app. Unable to see my photos or delete the photos. Very frustrating. The frame was not cheap, and the app is useless.

Cropping doesn't work. Photo transition effect is ALWAYS on regardless of choosing no effect. It's annoying, but I already bought the stupid frame, so I'm stuck with the useless app

App is a bit slow to load when choosing photos to send to the frame. But the main thing missing which I'm really disappointed about is that you can't manage the photos through the app. I'd planned on sending batches of photos to a relative who lives far away, so they can easily see trip photos when we talk. But then I would remove them after because it's not something they need to keep, and it would be difficult for them to remove. So I won't be able to use this as I had planned.

I am very upset with this app. I was using it for a digital frame and now its saying I have to pay for a yearly subscription. I have emailed the makers of the frame as well as Biu Frame and no one has gotten in contact with me and it's been MONTHS! If you are buying a frame, and it states the use of this app I advise you to look at another frame with another app.
