★★★★★ Excellent response time considering it's New Year's Day, and very reasonable cost too. Thank you and hope you have a prosperous new year.

★★★★★ It gives a pretty good estimate of when you should arrive, and what the cost should be. One time, after having used the app many times to get a ride from home, it decided my house was 1 street behind my house. The worst thing for me however, is the constant annoyance of 2 identical notices that say 'they're very busy at the moment, but I'm a preferred customer'. This is undoubtedly a lie, since they can't be busy at all times, no matter the day. Stop the pop-ups!

★★☆☆☆ I've never seen unavailable on a taxi app before obviously not enough drivers. Had to use C Cabs instead.

★★☆☆☆ Don't bother downloading the taxi service is terrible. Taxis don't turn up at all and taxi controller on phone doesn't seem to care. As a taxi driver myself I found this rather disappointing.

★★☆☆☆ "Black tax pasted from your clipboard" after booking a ride. The people who put that breach of privacy in this app obviously haven't cottoned on to the fact that android now tells users about that.
