The app is easy to use, and set-up was easy. We have 3 Blue air units. We house 10 rescued dogs and no issues with the dogs with the units. Very quiet fans on auto.

Never, EVER shows you the AQI reading registering from the air filter. The app always shows zero AQI. It also never records the AQI timeline while the filter is left running. This has been an issue since I purchased two blue air filters YEARS ago. Blue air releases app updates about once a year, and it's never addressed. They'll respond to my review conveying great sympathy and offer an ineffective suggestion for how I can correct the issue, without resolving the issue within the app.

Just purchased a 7770i Protect series. The app seems great and easy to use, and it is very responsive WHEN it works. 1ST UnIt initially connected right away and worked great. Work 5% OF THE TIME. Can't have two units near another. Conflicts with each device IMPOSSIBLE To add 3 x 7770i units to the app, only 1x. Auto mode stays in speed 1, never adjusts. Shouldn't it ramp up and down?. I'm in Australia. Why are the 7770i series filters not listed in app? Concerned with filter availability?
