Finally a usable app! I live in the part of LA where there are several of these on my block but the app has been so buggy and crashes that it's been impossible to use! Just renewed membership, and I was able to get through a reservation without a hitch! Only gave 4 stars because it did still have minor glitches, but the new UI has largely made the app usable! Hopefully it gets even better from here. Also customer service has become so much more accessible than before so kudos for that too!

Blue La has been a brave asset to the community. Being around long before the pandemic they have always been available and given the rideshare community an affordable option for transportation. I look forward to seeing more growth as they expand and efforts to do so.

Used to be a really good service, but now it feels like every time you try to take the car back there's a problem with the app and if there's no one answer the phone then you just have to leave the car and then the next day do you get charged for a rental for like the entire day, and they never bother adjusting it everybody on the phone is really grumpy. That's if you can even start the rental which is also a headache. More times than not I've had to just call them and bypass the app.

I downloaded the app, and it installed just fine, but I cannot get the terms of service to load when trying to verify myself to drive. I have an android phone.
