★★☆☆☆ App works well enough, but you can use it on only one device at a time. If you want to use it on more than one device, they scalp you for £7.99 for each additional key. It must cost them next to nothing to generate any number of additional keys. Not what you would expect after spending several thousand pounds on a garage door. I ended up buying a Meross Wi-Fi control unit on amazon for £30 which plugs into the Hermann control unit. It works very well and can be used remotely. The developer always responds to this type of review with a cut-and-paste reply about the money being used to fund the app's development and taxes. I figure it's a bit much to expect customers to pay separately and additionally for the manufacturer's app development program - this should be a running expense borne by the business.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to scan QR code on device. Even if it worked, charging for virtual keys is nonsensical. Bluetooth pairing does/should not require an internet connection or backend server. How do you think your Bluetooth headphones (or anything) work? Given the cost of physical key fobs, I would consider just replacing the door opener. It will be cost-effective in a few years once you've lost a fob or two.
